The on-street parking on the following blocks are now in Residential Permit Parking (RPP) Area 43:
- 2400 block Fait Avenue, odd side
- 2500 block Fait Avenue, odd side
- 2400 block Hudson Street, even side
- 2500 block Hudson Street, even side
- 800 block S. Luzerne Avenue, both sides
- 800 block S. Milton Avenue, both sides
- 800 block S. Montford Avenue, odd side
- 800 block S. Port Street, both sides
- 800 block of S. Rose Street, both sides
Vehicles without an RPP Area 43 decal parked on the above streets for more than two hours are subject to citation.
If you are a resident of one of the above blocks and would like to purchase an RPP decal for your vehicle(s), you must obtain a RPP Area 43 decal from the Parking Authority of Baltimore City located at 200 W. Lombard Street. Office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. If you are driving, please park at the Arena Garage located at 99 S. Howard Street so they can validate your parking.
You must present your vehicle registration and proof of residency to obtain a RPP decal and/or Visitor’s Permit. Please see below for additional information.
ENFORCEMENT
To allow ample time for residents to acquire permits no citations will be issued in the above blocks until 10/15/2011. Signs will be placed before enforcement begins.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You must be a resident of an RPP area with a current vehicle registration to obtain a residential parking permit. In accordance with Article 31, Section 83 of the Baltimore City Code, a permit will not be issued to a commercial vehicle (Commercial vehicle is classified as one of the following: has logos or advertisement; is loaded with supplies or equipment; and, is designed to carry 10 or more passengers). YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY AT THE TIME YOU PICK UP YOUR PERMITS.
