Are you a local business owner?
Neighborhood businesses are an important part of our community. Knowing this, the Fells Prospect Community Association is reaching out to the community to build its business membership. With your help we can create a win-win for both your business and the Fells Prospect Community Association (FPCA).
FPCA has more then 3,492 residents living within our boundaries. Each month, we reach out to this large residential membership with a monthly newsletter where we thank businesses that contribute, providing your business important local exposure and showing that you also support the neighborhood. We also have a website where your contribution would also be listed.
FPCA is always interested in donations of gift certificates from local business for our monthly association meeting raffles, which help raise additional funds. We also accept monetary donations for beautification projects in our community. All contributions \will help our efforts to build, serve and improve the Fells Prospect community.
Fells Prospect, Inc. is a nonprofit charitable organization with 501(c)(3) status, so your donation is tax-deductible.

Looking to make and end of year tax donation?
Both your membership dues and your donations are tax-deductible because Fells Prospect Community Association is a non-profit with 501(c)(3) status. All FPCA board members are volunteers so all funds are dedicated to projects aimed at improving the quality of life in Fells Prospect and the greater Fells Point Community.
