Sanitation And Recycling

Trash
Trash is collected on Tuesday’s & Friday’s. If you are not using cans, trash should be placed no earlier than 6:00 AM the day of pick-up. If you are using trash cans, they may be put out the night before. Trash cans cannot be permanently housed in front of your home. You could be fined $50. Help keep our neighborhood free from rodents by using covered trash cans.


Recycling
Bottles, cans, plastics are collected citywide on the 22nd & 4th Monday of each month (glass jars, bottles, aluminum tin cans, #1 and #2 plastic small mouth containers, empty aerosol cans). Paper is collected citywide on the 22nd & 4th Friday of each month (newspapers, magazines, phonebooks, ad mail, boxes & cardboard).


Bulk Trash
Bulk Trash is generally collected on the 22nd Wednesday of each month (furniture, appliances, up to 4 tires with rims). Bulk trash will not collect sheetrock, siding, lumber or roofing. Please call 311 to schedule a pick-up no later than the Friday prior.
