Mission Statement

The purpose and goals of the Fells Prospect Community Association, Fells Prospect Inc., are:

• To advocate for the preservation of the Fells Prospect Community Association area as a historic residential neighborhood free from the encroachment of industrial, commercial, institutional, and other developments.
  

• To encourage the retention and enforcement and maintenance of zoning ordinances intended to protect the residential community.
  

• To foster the growth of a neighborhood identity and community spirit.
  

• To preserve and promote the quality of residential life in the Fells Prospect Community.
